In our high-tech production lines with 320 cm and 240 cm widths, we produce 100% PP Spunbond fabrics in SS (Spunbond-Spunbond) structure according to international EDANA standards. With our 12,000 tons/year capacity, we provide reliable supply to the global market.
Produced by combining continuous PP filaments using the thermal calendering method, our fabrics are preferred in a wide global industrial spectrum from hygiene to medical, agriculture to furniture, thanks to their homogeneous and isotropic texture. We offer custom solutions to our customers worldwide by producing in the 9–150 gsm range. We serve with a wide variety of applications such as hydrophilic, UV, FR, antistatic, antibacterial, and over 50 color alternatives.
With our two different production lines, we offer flexible and global-scale production capacity with wide grammage and width options.
PP Spunbond SS fabrics are the most preferred product group in the nonwoven sector worldwide. The SS structure, formed by the combination of two Spunbond layers, offers higher durability, more balanced grammage distribution, and superior opacity compared to single-layer alternatives.
The sesame and diamond-patterned rollers we use in our thermal calender bonding process add aesthetic and functional value to our fabrics. The choice of calender pattern directly affects the softness, air permeability, and mechanical resistance of the fabric; the most ideal pattern according to your project's requirements is determined by our technical experts.
Our global application capabilities provide solutions in a wide range: hydrophilic treatment optimizes liquid permeability (hygiene sector), UV stabilization increases outdoor resistance (agriculture and insulation), FR treatment delays ignition (medical and filtration), while antistatic and antibacterial properties meet special hygiene and technical standards.
Areas of Use
Baby and adult diapers, hygiene products, medical textiles (gowns, caps, shoe covers, masks), insulation and roofing membranes, automotive, industrial cleaning products, agriculture (mulching, shading, windbreaks), furniture and interior upholstery, mattress and spring covers, disposable products, clothing linings, promotional bags.
Applications and Certification
Applications: Hydrophilic, UV stabilized, FR (flame retardant), antistatic, antibacterial | 50+ color alternatives | Certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OekoTex Standard 100, REACH declaration | Production capacity: 12,000 tons/year
SS (Spunbond-Spunbond) is a double layer structure formed by combining two Spunbond layers in a thermal calender process. It offers higher tensile and tear strength, more homogeneous weight distribution and better hiding power compared to single layer S. SS structure is preferred especially in sectors with high quality requirements such as hygiene, medical and furniture.
The minimum order quantity varies according to the product specification (weight, width, color, application). We offer fast delivery from stock for products in standard colors and weights. For orders with special colors and applications, delivery time is determined depending on production planning. You can contact our sales team for detailed information.
